- Execution of Production Plan: Run daily manufacturing operations for the tablet department (granulation, compression, coating, and packing) to meet shift targets.

- Process Operation & Monitoring: Oversee machine performance for Granulation (RMG, FBD), Compression machines, and Coating pans.

- Line Clearance: Perform line clearance and equipment setup before starting a new batch or product changeover.

- In-Process Quality Checks: Monitor critical parameters like tablet weight variation, thickness, hardness, and friability.

- Documentation: Fill out and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) accurately in real time.

- Compliance & Safety: Maintain current Positive Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety protocols on the shop floor.

- Coordination: Work with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for clearances, sampling, and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹10,120.72 - ₹25,387.09 per month
