Experience Required: 2–4 years of ERP data entry experience in the textile/Indian wear industry, preferably in the saree segment

Employment Type: Full time, includes holidays as per store roster

Role Summary The ERP Executive owns the accurate and timely entry, tracking and processing of all production-related data on the ERP system — from job order creation to purchase and stock entries. This role requires someone who understands the production workflow of the Indian wear industry, ideally the saree industry specifically, and can translate day-to-day production and procurement activity into clean, accurate ERP records that keep the production floor and Head Office in sync.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Job Order Creation — Create job orders on the ERP system accurately based on production/design team requirements, specifying fabric, work type, quantities and timelines.
- Job Order Receiving — Process job order receipts on completion, verifying quantities,



work details and vendor/karigar information against the original order.
- Item Creation — Create and maintain item/SKU masters on the ERP system with correct categorization, attributes and specifications.
- PSM Entries — Accurately process Production Status/Stock Movement (PSM) entries to reflect real-time production stage and stock position.
- Purchase Entries — Record purchase entries for fabric, raw material and trims accurately against vendor invoices and challans.
- Purchase Order Entries — Raise and maintain purchase orders on the ERP system as per production and Head Office requirements, tracking status through to fulfillment.
- Vendor & Karigar Coordination — Coordinate with vendors, job workers and karigars to ensure timely and accurate data flow for job work and material movement.
- Data Accuracy & Reconciliation — Regularly reconcile ERP entries against physical stock, job work registers and production records; flag and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Reporting — Generate and share production, job order and stock status reports from the ERP system as required by the Production Manager and Head Office.
- SOP Compliance — Follow defined SOPs for data entry, documentation and approvals across all ERP processes.
