Job Summary

Aadvay Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CCTV Camera Production Manager to oversee the complete production process of CCTV cameras, ensuring smooth operations, quality standards, timely production, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily CCTV camera production activities.
- Supervise production staff, technicians, assemblers, and operators.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Manage production planning, manpower allocation, and shift schedules.
- Monitor the assembly, testing, soldering, and packaging processes.
- Ensure CCTV cameras meet defined quality and performance standards.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Stores, R&D;, and Dispatch teams.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor rejection, rework, wastage, and production efficiency.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.




- Implement and maintain workplace safety and 5S practices.
- Troubleshoot production-related issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Continuously improve production processes to reduce cost and minimize wastage.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in CCTV, electronics, LED, PCB, or similar manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV camera assembly and production processes.
- Experience in handling production teams and achieving daily targets.
- Positive understanding of PCB, electronic components, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines and manage multiple activities efficiently.
