Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose Manage complete production from raw-material issue to finished-goods Despatch while achieving quality, productivity and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

- Execute daily production plan.
- Allocate and Control manpower.
- Control machine parameters.
- Ensure correct formulation and batch issue.
- Monitor coating speed.
- Monitor oven temperatures.
- Control coating thickness/GSM.
- Control foaming.
- Control lamination.
- Control embossing.
- Control printing.
- Control winding.
- Reduce scrap and rejection.
- Ensure proper batch identification.
- Coordinate with QC regarding deviations.
- Maintain production records.
- Implement 5S and safety.
- Implement all Compliance Including IATF
- Train operators.

Preferred candidate profile Technical Requirements Robust practical knowledge of:

- Preparation of PVC plastisol
- Preparation of PU Compound
- Oven temperature zones
- Lamination
- Embossing
- Printing
- Release paper
- Fabric bonding
- Winding tension
- Thickness/GSM control
- IATF Requirements

Qualifications Qualification / Experience Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical/Polymer/Textile preferred. 8-15 years Experience as Manager in Synthetic Leather Plant .
