1. Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output of pet food products.

2. Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts, inventory goals, and sales targets.

3. Manage and guide production teams, ensuring proper manpower planning, task allocation,

training, and performance monitoring.

4. Maintain strict adherence to FSSAI guidelines, food safety standards, hygiene, and Good

Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

5. Continuously monitor production metrics such as output, yield, wastage, and efficiency, and drive improvements to achieve operational excellence.

6. Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to optimize cost, reduce wastage, and enhance productivity.

7. Oversee preventive maintenance of machinery and ensure minimal downtime in production.

8. Support introduction of recent products by developing and standardizing production processes for smooth rollout.
