Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to manage and oversee end-to-end production operations at our Plush Toy Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality, productivity, and timely achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production operations and ensure timely achievement of daily and monthly targets.
- Prepare production schedules based on orders, manpower, materials, and production capacity.
- Manage production teams, supervisors, operators, and manpower efficiently.
- Oversee cutting, stitching, stuffing, finishing, and packing processes.
- Monitor productivity, quality, wastage, rework, and production costs.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Design,



and Dispatch teams.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and shop-floor standards.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and other operational records.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.
- Experience in Plush Toys, Soft Toys, Garments, Textiles, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and manpower management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Production MIS.
- Ability to manage production targets, timelines, and shop-floor operations effectively.
