Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Bahadurgarh.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams, monitoring equipment performance, managing production staff, and optimizing workflow to reduce downtime and waste. The role involves tracking production metrics,



implementing process improvements, and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Production

Manager will also contribute to planning capacity, training team members, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with quality control, process optimization, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Ability to lead and supervise production teams, handle performance issues, and maintain clear communication on the shop floor.
- Comfort with using production reports, basic data analysis, and manufacturing KPIs to guide decision-making.
- Prior experience in FMCG, household products, or chemical manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bahadurgarh.
