Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end production operations in compliance with GMP standards

- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation

- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanroom discipline

- Oversee production planning, manpower handling, and process optimization

- Ensure proper utilization of ultra-purified water systems

- Monitor mixing, packaging, and manufacturing processes

- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in production

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Experience in medical devices or injectable manufacturing industry

- Robust knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance

- Familiarity with cleanroom operations and hygiene protocols

- Understanding of water systems (Purified/Ultra-pure water)

- Knowledge of production processes including mixing and packaging

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates from blood bag manufacturing or injectable pharma companies preferred

- Experience in handling regulated manufacturing environments

- Strong leadership and team management skills
