Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, Polymer or related engineering discipline.
Experience:
8–15 years of relevant experience in injection moulding production, preferably with 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly injection moulding production.
- Achieve production targets as per customer requirements and production plans.
- Monitor machine-wise production, cycle time, rejection and productivity.
- Optimize machine loading and manpower utilization.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and effective utilization of available capacity.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure production schedules are achieved without compromising quality or safety.
