Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily, weekly and monthly production schedules based on sales orders and stock requirements.

- Manage production of

- Modular Boxes

- Concealed Boxes

- Fan Boxes
- Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved on time.
- Optimize manpower utilization and allocate work to operators/helpers.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machines, molds and tools.
- Maintain product quality and minimize rejection/wastage.
- Coordinate with Purchase/Store for raw material availability.
- Maintain production, machine and rejection reports.
- Identify process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure safety guidelines and factory discipline.
- Handle machine breakdown situations.

Skills Required

- Robust production planning & execution.
- Leadership and team-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as fabrication and assembly.
- Basic computer knowledge,



particularly Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Practical experience with Power Press machinery is preferred.

Eligibility & Experience

- 45 years minimum experience in production, preferably in metal manufacturing.
- Previous experience handling factory operations and manpower.
- Engineer/Graduate, with a technical background preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience operating/managing Power Press machinery get preference.
- Ex-Army candidates are preferred, particularly those with strong:

- Discipline

- Leadership

- Manpower management

- Operational capabilities
