- Operate granulation equipment (e.g. RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, Sifter, Blender, Co-Mill) under supervision.
- Assist in batch manufacturing activities as per BMR and approved SOPs.
- Monitor and record process parameters during granulation.
- Perform equipment cleaning and area sanitation as per SOP and cGMP guidelines.
- Ensure proper line clearance before starting any batch activity.
- Accurately maintain documentation like BMR, logbooks, cleaning records, etc.
- Report any deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE during operations.
- Support in line changeover and material movement activities.
