Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Executive – Manufacturing to manage day-to-day production execution with outsourced manufacturing partners.

The role will be responsible for ensuring production timelines, quality standards and dispatch commitments are met, while also supporting vendor coordination, PO/GRN/invoice processes and finance-related documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Execution

- Manage day-to-day production activities with outsourced manufacturing vendors.
- Track production plans, schedules, capacities and dispatch commitments.
- Monitor production progress and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of production.
- Ensure production output meets approved samples, BOMs and specifications.

Vendor Management
- Act as the primary production point of contact for assigned vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors on production schedules, capacity and delivery timelines.
- Monitor vendor performance on quality, timelines and responsiveness.
- Support onboarding of new vendors and production capacity expansion.

Quality & Process
- Ensure vendors follow defined quality standards and SOPs.
- Coordinate with QA teams for inline, mid-line and final inspections.
- Track defects, rework, rejection and wastage.
- Work with vendors and QA teams to drive corrective actions.

P2P & Finance Coordination
- Coordinate creation and closure of POs as per approved production plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of vendor invoices.
- Validate invoices against POs,



GRNs and delivery quantities.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoice mismatches, quantity or rate discrepancies.
- Maintain updated vendor documentation including GST and bank details.

MIS & Cross-functional Coordination
- Maintain production, delivery, rejection and invoicing trackers.
- Prepare regular production and vendor MIS.
- Work closely with Sourcing, Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
- Support NPD and pilot production runs from an execution perspective.

Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in production coordination or manufacturing operations.
- Experience working with outsourced manufacturing vendors.
- Experience in bags, accessories, apparel or soft goods manufacturing will be preferred.
- Understanding of PO, GRN, invoice validation and P2P processes.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive understanding of production workflows and quality checkpoints.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
