Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end production planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of fabric and garment production activities. The role covers Purchase Order (PO) receipts, Job Orders, production allotments, dyeing and job-work processes, vendor coordination, quality control, production documentation, costing, inventory coordination, and timely fulfilment of store, exhibition, customized, catalogue, replenishment, and collection orders.

1. Purchase Order & Material Receiving

- Process and receive fabric and clothing Purchase Orders (POs) in Logic ERP.
- Verify received materials against approved PO quantities and specifications.
- Check vendor bills/invoices against PO details and actual received quantities.
- Identify discrepancies in quantity, rates, SKU, fabric details, or other PO-related information and coordinate resolution.
- Ensure all PO receipts are accurately entered and updated in Logic ERP.
- Track pending POs and follow up with vendors and internal teams for timely closure.

1. PO Checking & Quality Coordination

- Prepare and provide PO Template Sheets to checkers for fabric and garment checking.
- Coordinate with the checking team to ensure received fabric/garments are properly inspected.
- Ensure material quality, quantity, colour, print, construction, and other relevant specifications are checked.
- Record and communicate discrepancies identified during checking.
- Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Merchandising, and vendors to resolve material-related issues.

1. Fabric Dyeing & Processing Coordination

- Allocate fabric to dyeing vendors based on production requirements and priorities.
- Ensure the correct fabric and required quantity are sent to the dyer.
- Create Job Orders for dyeing and processing activities in Logic ERP.
- Track fabric sent for dyeing and follow up for timely completion and dispatch.
- Verify dyed fabric received against the Job Order and required quantity.
- Receive completed Job Orders in Logic ERP and maintain records of sent, received, and pending quantities.

1. Job Order Management

- Create and manage Job Orders for dyeing, tailoring, embroidery, and other production-related job work.
- Ensure Job Orders contain accurate product/SKU details, quantities, requirements, timelines, and applicable costs.
- Coordinate with job workers and external vendors for timely execution.
- Receive completed Job Orders in Logic ERP after verifying actual output.
- Track open, ongoing, and completed Job Orders and follow up on pending work.

1. Production Allotment & Planning

- Plan and allot production based on collection, replenishment, store, exhibition, customized, and priority orders.
- Allocate production to workshops, external tailors, sub-production units, and job workers based on capacity and

timelines.
- Ensure production is allotted according to available fabric, manpower, capacity, and required delivery dates.
- Monitor production capacity and distribute work efficiently.
- Track production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely planning and execution of production for new collections and replenishment requirements.

1. End-to-End Production Coordination

- Coordinate the complete production cycle from material availability to final finished-product dispatch.
- Monitor production activities across tailoring, dyeing, embroidery, finishing, and other processes.
- Track production status and pending quantities regularly.
- Ensure production output meets approved specifications and timelines.
- Monitor bottlenecks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

1. Cross-Functional Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Workshop, External Tailors, Sub-Production, Catalogue, Design, Merchandising, Procurement,

Processing, Inventory, Marketing, and Accounts.
- Share production requirements, timelines, priorities, status updates, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate on fabric/accessory availability, invoices, bills, job-worker payments,



and documentation.
- Resolve material and production-related issues through timely cross-functional communication.

1. Production Timeline Management

- Prepare and communicate production timelines for different collections and orders.
- Monitor planned versus actual production timelines.
- Track pending orders and ensure prompt production fulfilment.
- Communicate production delays, challenges, and revised timelines to stakeholders.
- Prioritize urgent store, exhibition, customized, catalogue, and replenishment orders.

1. Store, Exhibition & Customized Orders

- Plan and coordinate production for store, exhibition, customized, and special orders.
- Monitor order progress from production allocation to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with Inventory and other teams to ensure products are available within the required SLA.
- Ensure exhibition, customized, and store orders are produced and dispatched within committed timelines.

1. Quality Control

- Implement and monitor quality control measures across the production process.
- Maintain quality standards across tailoring, dyeing, embroidery, printing, finishing, and finished products.
- Identify recurring production and quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Work with vendors and production teams to reduce defects, customer complaints, and product returns.

1. Fabric Utilization & Production Efficiency

- Maximize utilization of fabric and production resources while minimizing wastage.
- Coordinate with CAD team/machine operators to optimize fabric consumption.
- Monitor fabric consumption against approved standards.
- Identify opportunities to reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Optimize manpower, vendor capacity, machines, and production resources.

1. PPS & Pattern Management

- Prepare PPS and patterns for all required sizes before initiating bulk production.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and relevant teams to ensure PPS and patterns are approved.
- Maintain proper documentation of PPS, patterns, measurements, and production information.
- Ensure all approved PPS and pattern information is properly stored and documented.
- Add and update deadlines and timelines for PPS and size-wise pattern preparation before production issue.

1. Costing & Vendor Negotiation

- Review and monitor production costs provided by job workers and vendors.
- Ensure job-worker costing is competitive and aligned with approved cost targets.
- Negotiate production/job-work rates with vendors wherever required.
- Record finalized costs accurately for future reference and costing purposes.
- Coordinate with Accounts and concerned teams regarding finalized vendor costs and bills.

1. Tailor Bill & Production Documentation

- Verify tailor bills, Job Orders, challans, invoices, and production-related documentation.
- Cross-check bills against approved production quantities and Job Orders.
- Identify discrepancies in quantities, rates, or work completed.
- Coordinate with Accounts and vendors to resolve documentation or billing issues.

1. Logic ERP Management

- Manage fabric and clothing PO receiving, PO verification, Job Order creation and receiving, production entries, PRD

entries, production records, material movement, and job-worker transactions.
- Maintain accurate and timely Logic ERP entries for production and inventory visibility.

1. Uniware Management

- Coordinate with Uniware for product and inventory-related activities.
- Cross-check relevant SKU/product information when required.




- Coordinate with Inventory and Operations teams regarding product availability and order fulfilment.
- Support alignment between physical stock, Logic ERP, Uniware, and internal trackers.

1. Production & Inventory Trackers

- Maintain Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel trackers for PO receipts, Job Orders, dyeing status, production

allotment, production status, pending orders, fabric availability, vendor status, PPS/pattern deadlines, quality issues, and store/exhibition orders.
- Ensure trackers are updated regularly and provide accurate production visibility.

1. Invoice & Email Management

- Verify vendor invoices and bills against PO/Job Order and actual work completed.
- Share verified invoices with concerned teams through email.
- Maintain skilled email communication regarding production updates, pending requirements, delays, and

challenges.
1. Vendor & Job Worker Management

- Coordinate with external tailors, job workers, dyers, embroidery vendors, and other production partners.
- Allocate work based on capacity, skill, cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, cost, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate and finalize competitive job-work costs.
- Address production and quality issues with vendors and ensure corrective action.

1. Production Monitoring & Bottleneck Resolution

- Monitor daily production progress against planned quantities and deadlines.
- Identify bottlenecks related to fabric, manpower, processing, stitching, embroidery, accessories, or vendor capacity.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Re-plan production allocation wherever required to achieve delivery commitments.
- Ensure production timelines are maintained without compromising quality.

Overall Objective To ensure smooth, timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven production execution by effectively managing production planning, material movement, vendor coordination, Job Orders, dyeing, tailoring, costing, quality control, documentation,

and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring that production, store, exhibition, customized, catalogue, and replenishment requirements are fulfilled within defined timelines and quality standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
