We are looking for a motivated and hardworking fresher to join our Production Department at our manufacturing unit. The candidate will work closely with the production team to understand manufacturing processes, monitor production activities, maintain quality standards, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out as per defined procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors, operators, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Maintain production records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor production output, material usage, and process efficiency.
- Support in identifying production-related issues and escalating them to the supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and workplace standards.
- Assist in achieving daily production targets.
- Learn and understand machinery, manufacturing processes, and production systems.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline on the shop floor.
- Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile Engineering or a related field will be preferred.
- Graduates from relevant technical or manufacturing-related backgrounds may also apply.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting will also be considered.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing/production processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good discipline and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates willing to work on the shop floor/manufacturing unit.
- Should be energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Should be comfortable working in a production environment.
- Candidates from nearby locations will be preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
