Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities as per the production schedule.
- Ensure achievement of production targets within the defined time, cost and quality parameters.
- Monitor shop-floor activities and ensure smooth production flow.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Read and understand engineering, fabrication and production drawings.

- Coordinate with PPC, Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials, hardware, accessories and consumables for production.
- Monitor production processes for aluminium doors, windows, façade components and related products.

- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Monitor rejection, rework, scrap and material wastage and take measures to reduce them.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

- Maintain daily production records,



machine records, manpower details and Daily Production Reports (DPR).
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related problems on the shop floor.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimize machine breakdown and production downtime.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety rules and work instructions.
- Train and guide operators/workers regarding production processes and work methods.

- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improving production efficiency.
- Support recent product/process development and implementation of process improvements.
- Prepare production-related MIS and reports for management review.
