Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Engineer, responsible for managing daily production operations, optimizing processes, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and leading a team to achieve production targets in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning: Prepare schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff, promote productivity and teamwork.
- Quality Control: Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues.
- Inventory Management: Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams for timely execution of manufacturing projects.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and ERP tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Bottom of Form Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent coordination and communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to continuously learn in a fast-evolving defence tech environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or Engineering or any technology-driven industry in a similar role.
