Guru Kripa Design Studio is a reputed gold temple jewellery manufacturing unit known for its craftsmanship, quality, and intricate traditional designs is looking for a proactive and organized Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline our jewellery production workflow. The role involves coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress, taking regular follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to maintain production efficiency and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor the overall jewellery production process.
- Take regular follow-ups with artisans and production team members to track work progress.
- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing stages according to production schedules.
- Maintain proper records of work orders, job cards, and production status.
- Communicate with design, production, and management teams to resolve workflow issues.
- Identify delays or bottlenecks and take necessary steps to maintain smooth operations.




- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Assist in planning daily and weekly production activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any Stream
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in jewellery production.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with teams effectively.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and workflow management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or basic production tracking tools is preferred.
