Role Description The Production and Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area, responsible for overseeing daily production operations and quality assurance activities. This position monitors manufacturing processes, optimizes production schedules, and ensures that output meets established productivity and safety targets. The manager develops and implements quality control procedures, supervises inspections and testing, and drives corrective actions to maintain compliance with internal and external standards.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the role focuses on process improvement, resource planning, and waste reduction to support sustainable, efficient operations.



The Production and Quality Manager also leads and mentors production staff, maintains documentation and reports, and supports audits and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong production management skills, including workflow planning, capacity management, and resource allocation in a manufacturing workplace.
- Quality assurance and control expertise, such as developing QA procedures, implementing inspection and testing protocols, and managing nonconformities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards, compliance requirements, and environmental best practices in manufacturing.
- Ability to lead and develop teams, manage performance, and foster collaboration on the production floor.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Relevant experience in synthetic leather, textiles, or related industrial manufacturing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality or production management are an advantage.
- Proficiency with production management software, quality tracking tools, and standard office applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
