Roles and Responsibility:

Tech Skills:

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees or consultation with managers or customer representatives.
- Develop training resources, which may involve preparing notes and visual displays from researched information or their own knowledge
- Design and compile training manuals for employees.
- Plan, Organize, and execute training programs for employees
- Deliver training.
- Evaluate and record training activities or program effectiveness through demonstrating equipment, operating video recorders and cameras, leading group discussions or role-playing activities




- Offer specific training programs to help the team to maintain or improve product knowledge and skills.
- Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures
- Drive standardization and consistency of training practices.
- Responsible for the management of training content.
- Assess the effectiveness of training design and delivery methods and impact of training on trainees.
