What the Role Involves

- Prepare cameras, lights, audio equipment, props, sets, and production supplies before shoots.

- Maintain checklists for batteries, memory cards, cables, equipment, and studio readiness.

- Assist camera, lighting, audio, direction, and creator teams during production.

- Coordinate practical shoot logistics and respond calmly when requirements change.

- Label, organise, and safely hand over recorded media after shoots.

- Help maintain equipment records and keep production areas ready for the next session.

Qualifications

- Organised, punctual, dependable people who enjoy hands-on production work.

- Candidates interested in video production, filmmaking, or digital media.

- People comfortable carrying, preparing, and carefully handling production equipment.

- Clear communicators who can work with creators, camera teams, editors, and office teams.





- Freshers with relevant projects, internships, education, or serious hobby experience.

No formal degree is required. Relevant education, practical projects, internships, work experience, or serious hobby experience can help. When open, this role is designed for candidates with approximately 0 to 3 years of experience.

Typical Work Pattern

This is normally a full time, office-based Mumbai role. Production schedules can occasionally include weekends, early starts, late finishes, or changes at short notice. Candidates should be comfortable with reasonable flexibility around scheduled shoots.
