Experience: 3–8 Years Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid Contract: 6 Months (Extendable) Open Positions 1️⃣ Junior Appian Developer Experience: 3–4 Years - Hands-on experience with Appian development. - Good understanding of SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, and Records. - Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot issues and support application development. - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. 2️⃣ Senior Appian Developer Experience: 5–6 Years - Strong hands-on experience in Appian application development. - Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, Records, and Integrations. - Experience integrating Appian with APIs, databases, and external systems.



- Strong knowledge of SQL and Appian best practices. - Experience with code reviews, troubleshooting, and solution development. - Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment. 3️⃣ Lead Appian Developer Experience: 7–8 Years - Robust expertise in Appian architecture, development, and solution design. - Lead the design and implementation of complex Appian applications and workflows. - Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, Records, Integrations, and APIs. - Strong understanding of Appian best practices, performance optimization, and governance. - Experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring. - Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams. - Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Appian Certification is a plus. - L1/L2 Certification
