- Ability to work with business stakeholders and executive leadershipn
- Experience defining target-state architecture and roadmap initiativesn
- Broad technology understanding without requiring deep hands-on technical expertisen

nInsurance domain knowledge coupled with Enterprise Architecture leadership, rather than a highly technical solution architect profile.
nRequired Skills:
nHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Power Platform, APIs, workflow automation, and lightweight full-stack development. The resource should be comfortable moving from concept to prototype quickly while documenting solution design, assumptions, dependencies, and adoption considerations.
