nRole Summary
nWe are looking for experienced ServiceNow CMDB + AIOps Developers with robust hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, ITOM/CMDB, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and implementing AI/GenAI and Agentic AI solutions within ServiceNow to improve ITSM/ITOM operations, automation, predictive insights, intelligent routing, and self-service capabilities.

- Design, develop, and implement AI Agents, Agentic AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.n
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.n
- Design and implement AI-driven automation, predictive insights, intelligent incident routing, and self-service solutions.n




- Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and other ITOM capabilities.n
- Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST APIs, integrations, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and workflows.n
- Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, architects, and engineering teams throughout solution design and implementation.n
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and GenAI for improving service operations, incident management, problem management, and operational efficiency.n
- Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow development standards, security, governance, performance, scalability, and best practices.n
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.n
