Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Java to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java applications. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, experience with microservices and cloud technologies, and the ability to mentor engineers while driving technical excellence.

- Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java applications.n
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers.n
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Java and Spring Boot.n
- Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.n
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.n
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.n
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.n
- Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements.n




- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.n
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth.n
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality.n
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment practices.n
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.n

nRequired Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java 8+, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM concepts.n
- Excellent knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.n
- Strong experience in REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.n
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.n
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.n
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.n
- Familiarity with Docker and
