- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right musical instruments audio equipment.
- Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, quotations, and pending orders to drive conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships through timely communication and expert guidance.

What you bring

- Solid communication skills in English Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
