Skills Required: Product Owner – Customer IAM

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

: 12+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in product ownership or product management role, preferably in digital identity, cybersecurity, or financial services.

- Technical background in IAM architecture or security is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of CIAM capabilities including user onboarding, identity verification, MFA, SSO, and consent management.
- Robust stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.




- Knowledge and experience working with Agile practices and practical experience with DevOps, CICD and SRE would be beneficial
- Experience with modern Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab.
- Familiarity with identity platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML) and digital identity standards.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks applicable to digital identity.
- Certifications in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, Secure POPM), Agile delivery or security (e.g. CISSP) would be useful for the role.
