About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to manage and drive the product lifecycle from requirements gathering and business analysis through development, delivery, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Agile/Scrum, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Backlog Management, Stakeholder Management, and Product Documentation.

Candidates with an educational or professional background in BBA, B.Com, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related domains are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business priorities and product objectives.
- Work closely with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Use JIRA to manage user stories, requirements, tasks, and product backlog.
- Work with design teams using Figma to review wireframes, user flows, and product designs.
- Analyze business and product data to support informed product decisions.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
- Define and communicate product priorities,



roadmap requirements, and release plans.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered features meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful product delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
- Hands-on experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and product backlog management.
- Working knowledge of Figma, wireframes, and user flows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in data analysis and using business insights for product decisions.
- Robust functional and technical documentation skills.
- Good project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Educational / Professional Background

Candidates with an educational or professional background in:

- BBA
- B.Com
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Management
- Related business or accounting domains

Candidates with previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Team Lead, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role will be preferred.
