About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

- Ability to work with global teams and build healthcare platforms in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of healthcare subject areas such as claims, member, payer, provider, benefits, policy, and clinical automation.

- Experience leading Product Management groups in a cross-geo stakeholder environment.

- Work with stakeholders to build business cases, ROI, and KPIs.

- Position solutions that are reasonable, actionable, and cost-effective.

- Gauge requirements and identify appropriate solutions.

- Ensure solutions are brought to fruition and requirements are closed properly.

- Apply methodologies to prepare detailed specifications using case statements and related documentation.

- Engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes.

- Define requirements using process/functional requirement definition methods.

- Conduct JAD/RAD sessions.

- Develop use cases.

- Create process flow diagrams.

- Collect, organize, and clarify business needs.

- Review and produce specifications for changes and development.

- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements.

- Assess change proposals and define solutions.

- Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure understanding of specifications.

- Conduct business process modeling.

- Generate applicable scenarios for technical functionality testing.

- Work as a proxy Product Owner.





- Create and maintain the Product Backlog.

- Review and ensure the backlog is up to date.

- Prioritize risks and concerns.

- Define Acceptance Criteria for all User Stories.

- Work with Tower Heads to define high-level scope goals for each Sprint.

- Document business processes and manuals.

Qualifications:

- Overall 15–25 years of experience.

- B-school education.

- Strong healthcare background with 10+ years of Healthcare Product Management experience.

- Experience presenting to senior leaders and C-level executives.

- Experience working with customer IT Heads, business heads, and Project Managers.

- Total experience of 10–12 years with 2 years of Project Management experience.

- End-to-end project implementation experience for enterprise customers.

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.

- Basic to intermediate understanding of Microservices.

- REST APIs.

- JSON.

- SQL.

- NoSQL.

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

- Jira.

- Confluence.

- Aha.

- Jira Align.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

- Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).

- Certified Qualified for Requirements Engineering (CPRE).





- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
