Product Manager – Business Support

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager – Business Support to manage and support products such as Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Mutual Funds (MF).

The role will focus on product strategy, market intelligence, stakeholder coordination, and supporting the Wealth Management team in business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the Product Vision

- Define and drive product strategy aligned with market trends and investor needs.

2. Build & Enhance Products

- Work cross-functionally to launch and scale innovative AIF, PMS, and Mutual Fund solutions.

3. Market Intelligence

- Track market, competitor, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with Sales, Investments, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams for seamless execution.

5. Support Business Growth

- Work closely with Wealth Managers (WM)



to acquire new business and expand AUM through compelling product propositions and pitch support.

Who We’re Looking For

- 4–8 years of experience in Product Management / Product Strategy, preferably in Alternative Investment Fund, Portfolio Management Services, Mutual Fund, or Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and the regulatory environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong liaison skills to work effectively across internal teams, external partners, and regulators.
- Passion for wealth management and investor-centric innovation.

Additional Responsibility

- Act as a strategic partner to the Wealth Management team in acquiring new business, nurturing relationships, and driving AUM growth through innovative solutions and robust product advocacy.
