Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Plan and execute product launches from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for recent products or product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint working with sales teams to ensure strategy execution, collect feedback, and monitor brand health.
- Design science-backed promotional tools, clinical visual aids, brand campaigns, and literature for targeted doctor specialties.
- Conduct product and scientific training sessions to enhance the sales forces detailing capabilities and knowledge.
