About the Job

Job Function & Skills

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing software engineering learning products and curriculum, with a strong focus on creating practical, industry-relevant learning experiences for clients and learners.

The role involves managing both internal and external stakeholders,



understanding client requirements, and working closely with them to develop and customise training programmes, learning content, projects, and assessments. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and internal teams to ensure that learning solutions are aligned with industry needs and client expectations.

You should have a strong understanding of full-stack development and emerging AI technologies, including JavaScript, Python, React, Django, REST APIs, PHP, Laravel, databases, generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Job Mission

You will develop and manage future-ready software engineering learning products that combine full-stack development with emerging AI technologies. The role is focused on translating client and industry requirements into practical training content, projects, and learning pathways, while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and high-quality delivery.

You will serve as a key bridge between clients, internal teams, trainers, and technical subject matter experts, ensuring that curriculum and learning solutions remain relevant, practical, and aligned with current industry practices.
