We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the design and enhancement of our Trading Risk Management System (RMS) across Equity, F&O;, Currency, Commodity, and Margin Trading. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of exchange risk management, broker operations, and trading workflows, while also leveraging Generative AI to accelerate Product Requirement Document (PRD) creation, user stories, process documentation, and release planning.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, compliance, and operations teams to deliver scalable, high-performance risk management solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Leading product development for RMS product line
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product roadmap
- Conducting market research and gathering client feedback
- Defining product vision and strategy based on market needs
- Creating and prioritizing product features for maximum customer value
- Working closely with engineering teams for successful product releases




- Analysing product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitors
- Managing the product life cycle from planning to retirement

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Robust understanding of software development and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to gather and analyse data to make informed product decisions
- Knowledge of risk management solutions or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) a plus
