Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Jaipur (on-site)

Experience: 4-5 years

Work Schedule: On-site; shifts are rotational on a monthly basis

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who can own the configuration, evolution, and lifecycle of our enterprise/product platforms someone equally comfortable translating business requirements into technical specs and managing stakeholders across engineering, support, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as functional/product owner for core platforms, own configuration, feature evolution, and access/workflow models
- Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and translate them into technical specs with engineering teams
- Own change requests end-to-end: impact analysis, UAT coordination, and production rollout
- Define and refine workflows, escalation models, and service/configuration standards
- Lead process re-engineering and automation initiatives to improve turnaround time and user experience
- Build dashboards/reports tracking product performance, SLA adherence, and improvement roadmap
- Drive documentation, SOPs, user stories, functional specs,

- Serve as the single point of contact between users, architects, and implementation teams

Must-Have Skills

- Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder management experience
- Hands-on experience with product/platform configuration (not just requirements-writing actual solution design)
- Change management and UAT coordination experience
- Process mapping and workflow design
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data/dashboards for SLA and performance tracking
- Excellent documentation discipline (SOPs, technical-functional specs)
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (monthly rotation), on-site in Jaipur

Positive to Have

- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service-management background
- Experience with enterprise identity/access management, ServiceNow, or similar large-scale platforms
- MBA or equivalent, especially IT-focused
- Experience in a support/service-delivery function prior to moving into product
