Evervie Health

Bengaluru

Company Description

Evervie Health is a global healthcare group focused on building and scaling high-quality specialty care across multiple therapeutic areas. Its platform currently spans Renal Care, Oncology, and Diagnostics. We are currently building a women's healthcare brand in India, with a digital platform that sits at the center of the patient & provider experience.

Why is it exciting to be part of this team? The leadership team brings decades of experience in healthcare technology and operations, with experience across 5+ countries. Six out of eight senior leaders are women passionate about changing the paradigm for healthcare access. It's a deliberately small and senior team, and you'd be the first product hire working directly alongside them.

Role Description The Product Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru/ Hyderabad or Chennai, responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare products on Evervie Health’s platform.

What you'll own

- Turn our proprietary clinical logic and the journeys built around it into specs, user stories and acceptance criteria engineers can build against. This is the hardest problem in the role with no off-the-shelf playbook to copy
- Own the vendor relationship as a product leader, not a coordinator: you'll run discovery, scoping and sprint reviews, and hold the build to your spec on quality, scope and timeline
- Own product quality and user testing
- Define success metrics beyond delivery i.e. accuracy, adoption, and trust in algorithmic recommendations
- Coordinate the dependencies i.e. brand assets, clinical sign-offs, third-party integrations

- Track compliance milestones in partnership with legal/compliance.
- Report progress, risk, and budget status to leadership on a weekly cadence
- Own the post-launch roadmap: triage production issues with the vendor, prioritize the next cycle of features, and manage the transition from build to steady-state managed support

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally exposure to health-tech, fin-tech, or another regulated or high-trust consumer product
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institute (IIT/ IIM/ BITS/ NIT or equivalent); someone who can hold their own technically and analytically from day one
- Demonstrated experience managing an external development vendor or agency
- Familiarity with, or strong interest in, AI/LLM-based product features, including how to think about evaluation, confidence thresholds and failure states in a clinical-adjacent context
- Exposure to data privacy or regulatory frameworks (India's DPDP Act, HIPAA, GDPR, or similar) is a strong plus
- A genuine ownership mentality and comfort with 0-to-1 ambiguity: this is an early-stage build with a fixed launch date, evolving scope, and a very small team

Why join us

You'll be the first dedicated product hire. The product architecture, the spec standard, and the way this team builds are all still unwritten; you'll be the one writing them.

Women's healthcare in India is under-built relative to how much it matters, and we're building for the premium end of it with clinical rigor. You'll take this from before-it-existed to public launch, and be part of the problem-solving journey.
