We are looking for an experienced Product Lead Cloud Migration (Pega) to lead strategic cloud transformation initiatives focused on migrating Pega applications from on-premises environments to cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation along with a product-oriented mindset, enabling them to drive roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution.

This role requires close collaboration with technology, product, and business teams to ensure smooth migration, modernization, and delivery of scalable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Pega On-Prem to Cloud migration initiatives.
- Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for cloud modernization programs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align project goals and priorities.
- Facilitate decision-making across technical and functional teams.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless transition, scalability, and optimization of cloud-based solutions.




- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to support strategic decisions (preferred).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in Product Management / Technology Leadership roles.
- Strong experience working on enterprise cloud migration or modernization projects.
- Experience with Pega platforms and enterprise application environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive product roadmaps and collaborate across technology and product teams.
- Solid technical understanding of cloud technologies and system architecture.
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional communication.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in cloud transformation programs within large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
