Perspectives Key Responsibilities Strategic

- Internal Branding Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for VMO and Agile initiatives, internal campaigns, events, and communication assets.

- Creative Direction Translate complex Agile, Flow, and Portfolio concepts into simple, professional, and visually engaging graphics, frameworks, and narratives.

- Event Design Support Lead the visual design for PI Planning, workshops, leadership connect sessions, and product events (posters, banners, screens, templates, digital boards, mailers).

- *Content Storytelling Craft visual storytelling for leadership updates, business narratives, transformation themes, and value - stream - level messaging. Operational Graphic Designing

- Create high quality visual assets posters, infographics, decks, digital banners, mailers, templates, iconography, and illustrations.

- Design professional social media ready visuals, event collaterals, recaps, and highlight reels and mailers. Brand Kit Ownership Build and maintain an internal brand kit (logos, colors, typography, mailer layouts, icon packs).





- Content Enhancement Upgrade existing presentations, reports, and communication materials with strong design aesthetics.
Event Visuals & Logistics

- Provide creative assets for event full kits and backdrops.

- Collaborate with Leaders, coaches, and teams for visual requirements. Design Tools Expertise Use PPT Designer, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools to produce polished, qualified outputs.

- AI Assisted Design Use Gen AI tools for rapid visual concepting, mockups, and content enhancement.

- Cross Functional Support Work with Leaders, Coaches, and Enablement teams to visually uplift all communication touchpoints.

- Cost - Effective Design Ensure optimal use of design resources and material without exceeding event and branding budgets.
