Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and growth in Corporate Banking, Branch Banking, MSE, TAS & Transaction Banking.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation through cross-selling of products and services.

- Ensure effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Monitor performance metrics such as ROI, NPS, etc. to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in corporate banking or related field.

- Solid understanding of branch banking operations and processes.

- Experience in managing teams or leading projects in the financial services industry.
