Product Team Full-time

You will design the GrowthX experience end-to-end - from marketing pages to in-product flows - partnering tightly with engineering and content to ship work that feels considered.

Responsibilities

- Own design for entire product surfaces, not just screens

- Move fluidly between user research, IA, interaction, and visual design

- Build and maintain a design system that engineers actually use

- Prototype quickly to pressure-test ideas before they get built

What we are looking for

- 3+ years designing consumer or prosumer software

- Solid portfolio that shows decisions, not just deliverables

- Fluent in Figma; comfortable shipping front-end where it helps

- Taste - and the ability to defend or change your mind about it

Bonus points

- You have designed for AI-native products or community-led businesses

- You code enough to ship the first version of a screen yourself
