Role & responsibilities

- Design intuitive employee-facing tools and seamless customer-facing digital experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, operations, and leadership stakeholders.

- Create journey maps, service blueprints, and design frameworks to simplify complex problems and align teams.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, incorporating user feedback through iterative testing.

- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and service innovation initiatives.

- Present design concepts, rationale, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to drive alignment, uncover insights, and generate innovative solutions.

- Leverage AI-powered design tools to create impactful, human-centered experiences.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, Design Research,



or Systems Thinking.

- Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and experience mapping.

- Hands-on experience using Figma and other design/prototyping tools.

- Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and translate complex requirements into easy, effective solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and converting insights into design decisions.

- Experience applying AI tools to enhance design workflows and user experiences.

- Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or other complex service-oriented industries is preferred.
