Role Description The Product Design Intern will work full time on-site in the Pune Division, collaborating closely with the core team to conceptualize and refine lifestyle products. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting visual design for product concepts, participating in design thinking workshops, and assisting with user and UX research activities. The intern will help translate research insights into product design decisions, create design prototypes, and prepare presentation materials and documentation.





This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end product development within a socially driven, design-focused organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Product Design and Design Thinking to contribute to concept development and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess skills in User Research and UX Research to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Visual Design to create compelling product visuals, mockups, and presentation materials.
- Basic proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and strong attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate effectively in a team, and demonstrate interest in inclusive, impact-focused design.
