About OneIntelligenceOneIntelligence is building OneWorkspace — one intelligent business operating system that replaces the stack of disconnected tools growing companies are forced to run: CRM, projects, HR, customer support, and more, all in one place and powered by generative AI.

Our mission is to free growing businesses from the tools that slow them down and give them one intelligent system that speeds them up.

We're early. The product is real and shipping. What we don't have yet is a library of content that shows people what it actually does — and that's what this role exists to fix.

The RoleYou will be the person who makes OneWorkspace visible.

Right now, someone can't understand what our product does without a live demo call. Your job over three months is to make that unnecessary — by building a complete video and documentation library that lets any prospect understand any module, on their own, in under five minutes.

This is a video-first role. Roughly 70% of your time is recording, editing and publishing video; 30% is the written docs and landing-page copy that sit alongside it.

You will not be fetching coffee or updating spreadsheets. You'll own a real content channel from zero, and everything you make will be public with your work behind it.

What You'll OwnVideo (≈70%)

- Product demo videos — one clean, structured walkthrough per module (CRM, Projects, HR, Support, and the rest), recorded inside the live product
- Explainer videos — the "why this exists" and "how this replaces four tools" narrative pieces
- Feature micro-demos — 60–120 second clips for a single feature (Web-to-Lead, Web-to-Case, AI agent, automations)
- Shorts, Reels and vertical cuts — repurposing every long-form video into 3–5 short-form pieces for YouTube Shorts,

Instagram, and LinkedIn
- YouTube channel ownership — publishing, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, playlists, end screens, and basic channel SEO
- Re-recording and versioning — when the product changes, the video gets updated. You keep the library current, not just large.

Documentation & Copy (≈30%)
- Module documentation — a clear written explainer for every module: what it does, who it's for, how to set it up, what it replaces
- Landing page content — module-level page copy that pairs with each demo video
- Help-centre style articles — step-by-step guides with annotated screenshots
- Scripts and storyboards — you write what you record; every video starts as a script
- Content calendar — you plan and maintain the publishing schedule

Who We're Looking ForMust have:

- A portfolio. Videos you have actually made and published — YouTube, Instagram, a college project, freelance work, anything. We care far more about this than your degree.
- Working skill in a video editor (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut — your choice) and a screen recorder (OBS, Loom, ScreenStudio)
- Clear, straightforward written English. You can explain a feature without sounding like a manual.
- Comfort with SaaS software — you can pick up a new tool and figure it out without hand-holding
- Genuine self-direction.

This is remote and early-stage; nobody will be standing over your shoulder assigning you tasks each morning.

Nice to have:

- On-camera or voiceover presence (not required — many of our videos are screen + voice)
- Thumbnail/graphic design ability (Canva or Figma is plenty)
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and short-form platform mechanics
- Any exposure to B2B or SaaS marketing
- AI tooling in your workflow — Descript, ElevenLabs, AI captioning, script assistance. We're an AI company; we expect you to use AI to move faster.

You'll do well here if you're the kind of person who watches a bad software demo and immediately thinks about how you'd have done it better. What You Get

- Paid monthly stipend
- Fully remote, flexible hours (with a fixed weekly sync with the founder)
- Direct access to the founder — no layers, fast decisions, real ownership
- Every piece of work is public and portfolio-ready, credited to you
- Certificate and a detailed letter of recommendation on completion
- A strong performer will be offered a full-time role. This internship is how we're hiring our first content person.

How to ApplySend the following to [email protected] with the subject line "Product Content Intern

1. Your CV or LinkedIn
2. Links to 2–3 videos you have made (this is the part that matters most)
3. Three to four sentences on which software product's videos you think are excellent, and why

Optional but it will move you to the front of the queue: record a 90-second screen demo of any software tool you already use and send us the link. Show us how you explain things.

OneIntelligence is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on the strength of your work.
