Product Analyst – Graduate Trainee
:
- Understand Groniva HRMS, Payroll and CLMS products.
- Study customer requirements and convert them into product requirements.
- Prepare product specifications, workflows and process documentation.
- Perform functional testing and identify product gaps.
- Analyse customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
- Work closely with Product, Development, Implementation and Customer Success teams.
- Support dashboards, reports and product analytics.
Preferred Background
- B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Sc. IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Good analytical and logical-thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of databases/SQL is an advantage.
- Robust communication and documentation skills.
