Role Description The Product Analyst II role at Saasvaap Inc. is an on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. In this role, the analyst collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data from product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization. The analyst prepares reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making,



contributes to product roadmaps, and validates features through testing and performance tracking. This role also involves documenting processes, supporting cross-functional communication, and ensuring that product initiatives align with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of product metrics.
- Proficiency with product and analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools, dashboards, and requirement management platforms).
- Knowledge of SaaS products, web and mobile applications, and cloud-based solutions, ideally in a software or technology setting.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to documentation and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in product analytics or business analysis are a plus.
