Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for IT hardware, networking, security, CCTV, servers, software, and infrastructure products. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the IT procurement market, vendor management, negotiation, and commercial evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete IT procurement and purchase operations from requirement to delivery.
- Source IT products including laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, switches, routers, firewalls, CCTV, biometric/access control, UPS, storage, software and IT accessories.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable OEMs, distributors, suppliers, and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit limits, warranty, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Obtain and compare multiple vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders (POs), comparative statements, and vendor quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors.
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, pending supplies, and material availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, and Operations teams for project requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement for project and customer commitments.
- Verify product specifications, availability, warranty, and OEM authorization wherever required.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle vendor payment coordination with the Accounts team.
- Maintain proper procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase reports.




- Resolve issues related to short supply, damaged material, wrong products, warranty, replacement, and delivery delays.
- Support tender/project procurement and maintain required documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Procurement / IT Purchase.
- Strong experience in IT hardware and infrastructure procurement.
- Good knowledge of IT OEMs, distributors, and channel networks.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Good understanding of IT product specifications and pricing.
- Experience with project-based procurement will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, purchase documentation, and ERP/procurement systems.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements simultaneously.
