Profile-Procurement & Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 0-2 Years

CTC range- upto 4.8 lpa (depends on interview

Working days- 6 days (2 & 4 sat off)

We are looking for a Procurement & Inside Sales Executive with experience in the Oil & Gas / Industrial Engineering sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day procurement and purchase activities.
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
- Follow up with suppliers for material availability, dispatches and deliveries.
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs and prepare quotations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery and order status.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, stores and accounts teams.
- Maintain MIS, procurement reports, sales reports and vendor/customer databases.
- Ensure timely documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Handle multiple enquiries and procurement requirements simultaneously.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Procurement / Purchase and Inside Sales.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC or Industrial Products preferred.
- Excellent MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong vendor and customer coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
- Good follow-up, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Candidates having experience with Valves, Pumps, Piping, Instrumentation, Flow Control, Industrial Equipment or Oil & Gas products will be preferred.
