Job Summary

Yoginiy Transport is looking for Procurement / Customer Service / Sales Executives to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers, transporters, vendors, drivers, and internal teams.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate vehicle and transportation requirements.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination activities.
- Follow up with customers, vendors, drivers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain daily reports, records, and documentation.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate information.
- Use MS Excel, MS Office, and other computer applications.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth shipment and transportation execution.
- Monitor pending requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support sales and business development activities when required.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's qualification, communication skills, relevant experience, computer knowledge, and transportation/logistics industry experience.
