About the Role

Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Process Trainer who will be responsible for training new and existing employees, ensuring process understanding, improving employee performance, and maintaining adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct process training and induction sessions for recent joiners.
- Deliver refresher training, product training, and process updates to existing employees.
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, SOPs, and process guidelines.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, role plays, and practical sessions to evaluate trainee understanding.
- Identify knowledge and performance gaps and provide appropriate coaching and corrective training.




- Monitor trainee performance during and after training and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, feedback, and performance records.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Sales, and other departments to identify training requirements.
- Ensure employees understand and follow the organization's processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular floor support and one-on-one coaching whenever required.
- Prepare training reports and share updates on trainee progress and training effectiveness with management.
- Continuously improve training methods based on employee performance and business requirements.
