Key Responsibilities
Training & Induction
- Conduct structured induction programs for new hires to introduce Aimlay’s mission, vision, core values, and service offerings. (Aimlay)
- Facilitate training sessions on company processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and role-specific workflows.
- Develop and deliver engaging training content — presentations, workshops, and handson sessions — tailored to various departments.
Process & Policy Briefing
- Introduce new employees to key organizational policies, performance expectations, code of conduct, and compliance standards.
- Ensure all trainees clearly understand administrative and operational procedures essential for daily tasks.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain updated training materials, manuals, and SOP documents aligned with current company practices.
- Create checklists and resources that support sustained learning for employees posttraining.
Employee Support & Follow-Up
- Provide ongoing support to new joiners to clarify doubts and reinforce learning after formal training sessions.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to monitor the onboarding journey and recommend improvements.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyse feedback from training sessions to improve content delivery and effectiveness.
- Work with HR to refine onboarding processes based on trainee input and organizational needs.
Qualifications & Skills Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience (1–3 years) in corporate training, learning & development, or Process Training support.
- Solid presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex processes clearly and patiently.
