Job Summary To ensure that all equipment in the process section is operating to its full potential in order to supply the production line with the required quantity and quality of specified processed products. Recording / monitoring of both quality / processed efficiencies while ensuring area and staff are hygienically clean.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that equipment is set to the standard required for the specific product process.
- Monitor water levels, quality, usage, temperature, retention times and alarms.
- Monitor / record yield loss, colour, texture and product breakage.
- Ensure all process waste is dumped, weighed and recorded on the operational sheet.
- Maintain all hourly data in online tools like TSU Live and SPC.
- Ensure that the walls,



walkways and floors are clean at all times during production.
- Assists with engineers during break downs.
- Communicates to Supervisor in cases of change over in process and ensures product appearance is satisfactory with Quality Control.
- Carry out daily checks on the condition of the process area section.
- Report any defects in equipment performance to the Supervisor.
- Carry out simple adjustments to keep equipment running at optimal efficiency.
- Follow PPE and safety requirements.

Requirements

- ITI OR should possess minimum 2 years experience of Food Industry.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Process and Packing area.
- Have knowledge of OEE.
- Proper documentation and knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Should be able to understand process and possess knowledge of Efficiency and Yield/Recovery.
- Should be a good communicator and coordinator.
- Should have sound analytical skill.
- Team player.
