Job Role: Auditing the YouTube API client websites to ensure that the clients are compliant with the API developer policies defined by YouTube. Communicating with the API clients via email in order to make them comply with the policies/resolve the queries.
Reporting To: Team Leader
Essential Qualification:
- Graduation
- Good internet research skills and ability to probe
- Experience in Youtube process (Preferred but not desired)
- Ability to apply the defined policies in a given scenario and identify non conformance
- Experience in direct email communication with the clients (Preferred but not desired)
Essential skills/Personality traits:
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work in target based setting
- Critical thinking and eye for detail
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Ability to adapt and follow the new changes
- Good understanding of internet domain and related technologies i.e. How YouTube works (Pre-read before the Test/interview) - Uploading/API/Channels
Good to have skills:
- Prior experience working in an operationalized workflow
- Familiarity with basic programming languages
Operational Responsibilities:
- Responsible to complete the production within the specified timelines
- Adherence to all client specified parameters
- Produce error free output and focus on First time right
- Ensure all the production and quality related records and documents are maintained as per organizational requirements
- Reporting to the TL on performance and status
